Leakage in gas cylinde

Dear Sir

Pl note today I have recieved gas cylinder on the no 10656 from

Kitchenaids, 5574-A, New chandrawal, Kamlanagar

Delhi

Sir i am observing continue leakage from cylinder. I have complained to the supplier but no action has been taken yet. So pl look into the matter and take necessary action to avoid mishappning.
