Elay in refund for flight cancelled

Following flight e-ticket for return flight from delhi to guwahati on 10th March was purchased from you through your agent IATA. but travel could not be made as flight cancelled due to bad weather and full refund was written to be claimed as such. but no information is received so far about the refund after the ticket was submitted to you long back. please do the needful at the earliest. the scanned copy of the travel internity is attached herewith for your necessary action.
