I am using reliacne Data card (9324258609) and conncetion was Kolkata and i got tranafered fron Kolkata to mumbai and after transfred Mumbai I am using this connection somthly but suddenly last month my connction is suspended and as per Reliance web wolrd connection suspended due to negative address and after got information from Reliance, I have sumitted all req. doc. on 25th July'09 in Mumbai, Kandlwali (East) Thakur village web world, contact person- Vijya and as per concern person address will be changed with in 48hr but still not changed after that I have visited second time on webworld on 28th July'09 and that day she has said data card will activate with 72 hr. but still connection is bared. and after 3 days they had returned all the document and said we can't help, please talk to my ZM,
Same day I have visited Kanidiwali Tahkur complex and asked concern person to slove my problem and she has tried and again she got information from his boss, ask customer to activate fron Kolkata and we can't do and same day i have discussed with Kolkata retails store they said if i will get request mail from Mumbai web wolrd then i can do, it means from last 20 days i am suffering and no soulation i am getting.
In the means time I sent compalin mail 2 times to customer desk and every time i got answer we will get back with 3 days but still same problem.

This connection is offical and i am not able to access data card, I don't know how is the reliacne service I can say service part is worst. So could you help me to activate me data card
