Misbehaving and not refunding money of books

i took books on rent from" kiran books and stationary 71/80, opp. k.v. no 5, mansarovar, jaipur" on completed my sem i return the books and demand for new books at tht time he not have books he take my books and ask me to come 2marrow, i go to his shop many times but always he say me to come 2marrow he doesnot give me books nor he return my money even now he start misbehaving and deny to give me books and money

plz sir help me for my education i do part time job my finincial condition is not so strong so a single bug of money means me lot hope for best response
