Non delivery of documents after 10 days. Very irresponsible responses from your office

We have booked a document from Dewas to Thane Bhivandi Road, Mumbai on 1st Jun vide Doc No 9571042. It is still not delivered. We tried to contact with your Indore Office. The responsible person Mr Methew replied in very irretated way and used improper langauge. Still he has not given us the status ogf the document and the reason of the delay. Moreover since yesterday he has stopped picking up phones instead of giving the proper reply. The document is very important and most urgent. We have been suffering a lot due to non delivery. We are surprised the type of very unprofessional service from professional couriers.
