Faulty electricity bill from five to six months

Hi,

Please find my attached bill and bill details. From six months i am getting same bill only with difference. It should't more than 50, since i am not there in this city and iam getting same bill that is 248rs because i am not using any electic utensils AND NO DAY TIME USE OF ELETICITY.sO CAN YOU PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR INPUT ON THIS.
