I am using Vodafone services on my no. 9780401007 and I am very much dissatisfied with the kind of service bieng provided. I have requested many times to change my plan into a PREPAID connection but it has not been done since three months.

I have serious problems with the billing and for that I have complained atleast 10 times and nobody has responded till yet. I am suffering and bearing losses from last 2-3 months. This time there is a serious problem with the billing and if it is not resolved soon I will not make the payments.

I have been charged with Rs.600 without any reason for the plan I dont want to be activated.

Please look into the matter soon and try if it can be resolved otherwise I have no option except shifting to some other service provider like AIRTEL or SPICE.
