KMPL care loan
Regarding car loan agreement no. CF4877500 ….problem getting the RC

This is with reference our car loan agreement as above. More then 10 month passes our RC

Registration copy not received which you have kept. I contact many time to Mr. Vishva and Mr. Ravi

But all in vain. I think you are aware without RC I can not take my car on the Road. It is offence.

You are requested to see the matter, to release my original RC immediately or give us a certificate attested by RTO .for keeping RC. In this view we want to inform you that you have already endorsed Hypothecation vide no. TN38AP0918 dtd. 20/10 on my original RC Copy. I can’t understand when you are not releasing my car Rc, Why your company not inform us to keeping my RC before giving the loan. Is this my mistake to take a Loan from Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd.

Please inform us immediately are you releasing my RC or not ..
