Dear Sir,
This is in reply to your notice dated 13/5/09 received on 16/5/09. I want to clarify some facts that your surveillance team do not know. The facts are as :-
The premises having K. No. 44301136316 1st floor of D-11, 430, sector 7, rohini has been sealed by the police on 15/9/08. This premise has been locked from 15/9. till date not a single person has visited in that premises and opened the door. The owner of that premises Mr. Arjun Sharma has been declared offender and all the house hold goods and even their clothes etc. are inside that locked premise. And in the lock premises who will use the electricity when nobody is living there.
1. I have purchase the 2nd floor on august. From augustonwards you can check your records what I have done and how I have myself deposited all the electricity bills according to the units consumed. Before taken the possession of this 2nd floor I have checked everything and no due was pending at that time and till date too no dues are pending for 2nd floor premises.
2. Because of non payment for a long time your team has taken the meter of 1st floor having the K.No. 44301136316 and disconnected too from the main line. And till date there is the same status . no body has dared to connect as you have complained in your letter. Why I will support the offender and that premises that has been sealed by the police.
What ever your surveillance team has reported is totally one sided and wrong without knowing the facts and reality. I donot knot what was their intention at that time of inspection in their mind. You can check my premises at any time at any day to clear the doubts and realize the facts and reality. If you want to harass a simple citizen like me I think that will not be fair in future.
So, besides these facts what I should write and explain. I can request you to see the matter at your end and reply me with the details of the surveillance team who has submitted the wrong report to harass the simple citizen like me. If you cannot recover the pending dues from the defaulter then what is my fault and I am not liable to give the outstanding of the third person. If you have to take the action, take the action against the defaulter as there is nothing wrong from my side.
I hope you will do the needful at your end and stop harassing me by just sending the irrelevant notice to me.
