Non receipt of gifts

I have received my 10.2 mega pix camera without the memory card. If this should be accepted then what about the free gifts assured by your team. Also the site quoted in ur invoice is not opening. If this is the case of fraud or cheating I would put up the mail in different way to all the concersn,

pls assure me of all the gifts assured by you...
