Useless camera

Hi,

This is karthik from Hyderabad i have purchased a Kodak easy share

camera on 20.02.08 and the model is M883 paying 8, 000/- from since

then my photos during night or in dark it never comes clear i thought

it was some setting has to be adjusted so just neglected and was using

in day times and i was not aware of your service provider in Hyderabad

and from 3 months back the camera was not working properly and was not

in country on job i was out and when i returned and went to your

service provider today he inspected my camera and said lens has to be

replaced and it will cost me nearly 5500 rs... i just stunned

and asked him some more details regarding pictures coming dark he told

that this particular model is a flop one and all the cameras sold are

having the same defect.

Has this is manufacture defect from Kodak i request you to repair my

camera free of cost or replace my camera

We believed in Kodak and brought your product as it will be best in cameras

I hope you will reply to me and solve my issues ASAP
