Pathetic customer service

Dear Sir,

This is to say that I purchased a digital camera from kodak shop from Dwarka, New Delhi. After 4 months there was some problem with the camera and i have given it for repair on 30/04/05 but it has not been sent to the service station till date despite continous reminders, visits and nothing seems to be happening as of now.
