Non Receipt of goods

I Have ordered Kodak Digital Camera C1013 on 25/06 via telephone and paid the amount Rs 5348.00 wide my credit card. I was informed that goods will be despatched with in 10-15 days. But till date I have not received the goods. They are informing me that your ordered goods have been despatched via Bluedirt courior on 02/07. But till date 10/07 I have not received the goods.
