Kodak Digital camera model C613
Became partly non-functional within 2 months

I purchased a new kodak C613 digital camera on 27-12-07 from a shop in kochi.its serial no. Is KCGHA72658228.Its power turns off while taking snaps in some modes. I gave it for servicing and got a reply that a part has to be replaced and the new part has not reached yet and they are not able to give a reply that when can they give me te camera back.
