I, sinchan mukherjee, stay at kolkata, have bought a kodak digital camera, model no. ZD710 at the cost of 15, 990/-, on 14th December. Product serial No is KCXHG73901761. From 26.04. this set is in the service centre due to a major fault. They assured me to return it as soon as possible, but they have failed their word to return. Now it is too far beyond my tolerance, thats why I have choosen this way to inform. Each time they told that the servicing is still going on and they are not able to assure a fixed date. I will be grateful if you take this problem in your concern so that I can get my digital camera as soon as possible.
