Dear sir;

i have been trying your customer care number 01140502424 for last two days for delivery status of my booking id 110046836.which i have booked more than a week.

but for holding for many a hours at your above mentioned number no body bothers to picked it up.

it was so unfortunate for such a big group towards their clients.

i hope that such will not occour with your other customers.you are kindly requested to confirm the exect status at 09779220077.
