Our customer has purchased sim no 89916600006916752944 from Vodafone outlet Rajpur Road Dehradun Uttrakhand from Executive deepak Kumar his no is 9758134898. The sim is not activated from last 15days of purchasing and when reason is asked they said address problem and when DL is given for address then he told that he can not confirm reson. The executives are really struggling with maner to talk to customer and do not at all support. Screw up your staff to help customer other wise remove slogen "HAPPY TO HELP" from your outlet. Is their any management in Vodafone??? If yes look into this problem if you are really willing to improve your services
