My elder brother has been undergoing dialysis in Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital from the past one and a half years.
Due to negligence of the staff, he has contracted Hepatitis B recently... for that matter many dialysis patients have contracted Hepatitis B, C & even HIV due to their negligence.
This came into light when they started involuntary testing of every dialysis patient, they know they are at fault but won t admit their mistake.
What kind of hospital is this, they just wasted money on decor but none on maintaining basic hygiene & training their staff.
Our family is devasted now and I know even if we raise the matter in the media or higher authorities, due to Anil Ambani s clout all the matter will be hushed up.
Is there a way I can complain about this and have some action taken against the hospital?
Will appreciate any help to register my complaint to the appropriate authorities.
