Holding my pf transfer application from last one yea

Hi,

I was employed with M/s Kone elevator india Pvt. Ltd. Lucknow from june to Sep. 2008. during the same period of time company had deduct the pf from my salary. Due to some personal family problems, I was resigned that company on september. When i was resigned I was called for handing over formalities at their office at Noida & handed over the same. But i was not able to go to lucknow.

I was joined new company at delhi & filled the pf transfered form for previous pf account in to new company pf account. but the previous company have not process my pf transferred document.

Please suggest me how to transfered my old pf to my new pf accont.

Please do the need full at the earliest.
