I never ever took any loan before in hdfc bank, but it shows bending balance

I have never took any loans from hdfc bank before, one week before i had applied personal loan with hdfc bank, but my application got reject, due to bending loan balance in hdfc bank, i never took any loan from hdfc.i am so much confused abt that problem, please clarify and give feedback as soon as possible.
