Hello Friends,
I had a Kotak Credit Card last year and due to its negligent credit card customer care service I choose to close it with a full and final payment through "Sree Consultancies" their authorized collection agents. I did make the payment in the month of Feb and untill now my card has not been closed and after all this I still end up getting calls for repayment, monthly statements and alerts. I have taken up with the Kotak Credit Cards department tons of time and everything just ends up becoming a big drama.
I would like if anyone could help me resolve this issue. I am at the heights of my emotional tension regarding this whole issue.
