I had registered Kotak life insurance web site [URL = https://customer.kotaklifeinsurance.com/PolicyManager/Login.aspx] and I had given all the details and registered my policy one month back. Today I logged in and try to give my premium using your system. It says that I am not registered. However today I have given details and tried to register once again but unable to do so because of the defects of your software. I want to pay the premium on time. I think your software has lot of problems. Now I am out of country. Please fix these problems so that people like me can pay my premium on time.

Also I have tried to post this complaint on your web site after logging in your web site. But it's again asking the policy number in the drop down that's why I am unable to put my complaint also in your web site.
