Atm problem

I am a icici bank customer i have went to kotak mahindra atm for cash withdrawl .when i start using the atm of kotak mahindra atm got switced off . when i contacted security guard he says that to save diesel company told us that use UPS of the ATM .

when i contacted customer care they are more than bullshit they talk to me like i am their slave.

now, icici bank deducted 225 rs from my account i want this money back in my account as soon as possible else i move to consumer court
