I havent recieved my policy documents yet

Hello,

I would like to state that I have the Kotak policy no. 01479255 which is a ULIP policy from Kotak Life Insurance in Feb wtih Kotak Smart Advantage plan. Every month money gets dedcuted from my account through ECF, and every month some of the representative call me to inform that from Kotak they going to deduct the money as installment. I agree and I keep on informing those representatives that i havent recieve the policy documents please send it to me; however each and everytime the representatives would just confirm the address and would promise that they would send the policy documents at my place but no results. Further, the customer service nos are all not working.
