Illegal contruct

Hello Sir,

Myself Annu Arora. I live in 186, Ghee Mandi Pahar Ganj. I have a complaint against my neighbours Mrs. Sheela Gulati & Pradeep Gulati the owner of Residence 187 Ghee Mandi Pahar Ganj. They people have taken a permission of making a house from MCD, but they are making there illegal contruction of hotel and basement. which is not authorised. because pahar ganj ghee mandi is a residential area.

so pls help me I just want to know that pahar is residential or commercial area. and can MCD gave a permission to make basement in ghee mandi pahar ganj.

kya pahar Ganj Ghee Mandi area me MCD ke rule me basement banana allow hai ya nahi.
