Bad Quality Jeans

Dear Sir,

I bought Jeans from Charle Outlaw's Store which is at Meerut Abu Plaza and after buying that Jeans The Quality I found really very bad and the Retailer also agreed that this is the bad quality of the jeans now I want the jeans refunded and want the new one in the same color and price. But the Retailer told that Company is not responding and he could not do anything from his end. He told me to mail my issue to the consumer forum and Register the complaint to your website he made me assure that I would get this problem to be solved as soon as possible.

Kindly do the needful asap.
