I purchased a T shirt from koutons franchise BHIRINGARI BENACHITY DURGAPUR W.B. and my choice was medium size, when i told them to try that t shirt they refused and give another t shirt for trial but when i returned at home and try that t shirt i found that tag is M size but in actual t shirt is L size, After some days I told them to change that t shirt they refused and when told them this should be change because this is koutons franchise they behaved me rudely and told this is my franchise and my rule will be follow, when request to change they told " Ok come between 12 and 4 P.M." i told that "it is not possible because i m research scholar student i can come on Sunday they told no change on Sunday they will not change it. when i told that other franchises are offering this service how u can forbid " i will complain against you then they behaved very rudely and told me to do whatever i can do.
