Hi

I bought a Les Femme Bag on sale from Koutons branch, Lajpat Nagar-II on 11th July. After one week the cloth inside the bag torn off. When i took it to Koutons to replace the bag they refused and i told them that i don't have any copy of the bill. I asked them to issue me a duplicate copy of the bill. they refused to do it.

Pleasen suggest waht should be done. As i am very irritated. I wonder why the customers are terated like this in India.
