Want to stop Slock and prayer service on my Airtel numbe

I am getting regular calls from 9096069206 and messages from 5432101 for daily SLOCK and PRAYERS servics. Many times I have logged the complaints to stop this servics on AIRTEL customer servics. This servics is not a part of START and STOP servicses available for AIRTEL.I am not getting why AIRTEL is not able to stop this servics.

I want to STOP this service permanantly. Please halp.
