Cheque Not Recieve

Dear Sir,

My name is Kamal Singh form greater Noida as per condition i have submit PF Form in sec-24 Office in date of 16.02.2009.But steel i have no any information about my cheque the PF Office is showing that the my payment is sent to bank. But i have no any query about that please tell me as earlier.
