We are sorry to write you that our landline telephone no. 0751-3208320 is completely dead since last 5 days and we have also made complainet at your customer care no. *222 vide docket no. 109401709 two times.
But till date our complainets have not been solved out. We are unable to understand such a big communication company i.e. RELIANCE is not giving proper response to their valued customers?
You are charging rent for complete month but not giving services for the whole of the month, why our rent must not be reduced in the same ratio, during phone out of order?
You are requested to please rectify the complainets immediately without delay.
