On line tkt booking not done due to system error but charges debited to my bank a/c on 01/04

I have booked 4 tickets from bangalore to bagamandala through online booking from official ksrtc website on 01/04. but the ticket was not confirmed and a message saying system error was displayed and the amount of Rs. 1436 was deducted from sbi ac.
