Cancellation Ticket amount refund

I had booked two return tickets from Chennai-Bangalore-Chennai in "Rajahamsa Executive", the date of travelling being 04/11 and 07/11. But due to some unavoidable reasons i had cancelled these tickets. I was said that the money will be refunded within a weeks time, but till now i have not yet received the money.

J19954196 - date of journey 04/11: refund amount Rs. 343.00, Trip code "2255CHNBNG"

J19954197 - date of journey 07/11: refund amount Rs. 387.00, Trip code "1445SMGCHN"

I had mailed regarding this several times to onlinerefund@ksrtc.org, gmtraffic@ksrtc.org and i have not got any reply till now and I have not yet received the money.

So I request to do the needful
