Money deducted from Credit card for no service

Hi,

I Chandra Mouli Rada tried to Book the Bus tickets by using my credit card from KSRTC online ticket bookings on 08/04 .

While booking tickets the transaction rejected from KSRTC .

But from my Credit card account amount for Rs 780 got deducted. When I asked my bank representative they provided a transaction number with which I can track my transaction with the merchant KSRTC.

Inspite of several mail I got reply form KSRTC saying that they are going to reimburse the money back after the verification process.

But stll now I have not got my money back.

Please suggest me how I can proceede futher in this regard.
