Money refund delays

Dear Sir

I tried to make an online boking from Bangalore to Tirupathi through KSRTC website. First time the money got deducted but tickets were not booked.

I made a second attempt, this time through my SBI online account, but again the same has happened. Amount deducted is INR 1292.

There is no response from them inspite of sending reminders. Its been 10 days. There has not been a single acknowledgement of the issue.

Transaction reference details are as follows:

Reference Number: OB1529712 [Amount debited is 1292].

Reference Number: OB1529174 [Amount debited INR 528.
