Hello,
I had done ksrtc online reservation on 23rd October for journey on
25/10. PNR no H15216568 from Adoni to Bangalore for Karanataka Sarige through
my online sbi internet banking with KSRTC Reference no. 0B1527521.
The time of departure was 23.05 Hrs. and Pick up point mentioned as ADONI BUS
STAND. I was one hour proior in bus stand but there on enquiry they said there is
no bus as such reporting at that time. Still I waited till 23.40 Hrs. and not a
single bus via that route came. I am the single person need to be travelled and i
didnt have other options as i need to be here the next day.
If there is no bus then the KSRTC have no rights to create inconvenience for the
passengers. It is biggest problem for a lady like me who travelling alone at night
hours. I want my money to be refunded as i have not travelled. I also want that
the care need to be taken if the buses are cancelled or diverted from that route,
then the online passengers need to be informed as they KSRTC will be having our
contact information. If they inform prior then we can go for alternatives, not
waiting in some bus stands which are not safer at night hours.
Plz i want the action to be taken as soon as it can be. Hope to get quick
response.
