I had booked two KSRTC Semi Deluxe tickets for the journey from Pune to Belgaum and Pune to Hubli dated 18/03. The bus is of Hubli Depot (Shirdi-Hubli), which comes from Shirdi - Pune - Belgaum - Hubli. The departure time of the bus was at 22:30 from Swargate, Pune. But on that day I waited till 00:30 of 19/03 almost two and half hour and the bus didnt report still. This is the 3rd time I am facing this problem. Sometimes I never find this bus visiting Swargate and again it was the same case this time. I waited for 2 and half hours and I didnt find this bus visiting Swargate bus stand, and we finally boarded some other KSRTC ordinary bus. It was realy pathetic service.
And I had no clue where to approach for registering a complaint and finally ended up regitering here. If that bus is not regularly visiting Swargate bus stand, then why KSRTC enabled online booking for that bus. This I feel a kind of cheating the passengers.
I request you to take a strict action against this kind of service by KSRTC and also request to refund the amount for the two tickets I booked.
