Error on making payment to jet airways

My credit card number is 4384-5999-1554-5825 its a visa card, My name is Mr. Ripudaman Gupta, the problem is i wanted to do some payments thru my crdit card for booking flight for jet airways but the IVR system couldnot processit as it showed some error in processing please check my account and do let me know why i am facing these problem. Due to these problem i have lost my valuable time and even my flight
