Dear Team Head,
We are resident of Door NO.8-43-4/14/8, Plot NO.82, West Balaji Hills Colony, Uppal, Hyderabad. On a normal case, we will be supplied with municipal drinking water on every thursday and sunday i.e., twice a week. But, for the last one week we, the entire area of West Balaji Hills Colony residents have not been supplied with municipal drinking water. Our locality is little far from the uppal main road and it is 3Kms distance from Uppal Main Road. Even if we book mineral water, because of this distance we are being refused by mineral water suppliers also. Hence, no other go we have to wait for this municipal drinking water only. For your kind information, we have not been supplied regularly and we dont have drinking water for the last one week, and our lineman will supply the water whenever he wish and there is no proper time for him. And to bring to your kind notice, if any body with some influence in the locality gives Rs.100/- or Rs.200/- for some function/celebration at their house, that time, this line man will supply the water without any hesitation and lot of water will get wasted. Now a days all of the public are doing the some or the other work, and they have to leave the houses by 8.00 or 8.30 AM. Before that if we are been supplied with municipal water, we will be very greatful to you for ever. We request you to kindly understand our practical problems, and help us by solving this problem. We will remember you for our life time, once this matter is settled and put in order. We also request you to remove this line man and appoint a sincere new line man for our locality. Please think how can we survive without drinking water? Also see that the water is supplied before 8.00 AM, so that all can fill the drinking water properly in time.
