Internet not working

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that my telephone no. is 011-25032986. For last one month, my internet connection is working on and off. However, for last one week it is not working at all. I tried my best to get the coplaint registered through 1504 but in vain. Kindly look into this and get the problem fixed ASAP.
