Poor coustomer care from Tata sky

My tatasky connection was at cochin and now i shifted my office to a place 30 km away to another town named cherthala.

I went to tatasky office for getting assistance but they told me to call the call center no. and get reply. I tried 23 times on that call center no (not at all toll free) and heard always the music of EPBS and two times incomplete and confusing information.

Pls tell me what wrong i committed. is that i became a coustomer of tatasky?

I took this subscription relying on the name Tata!

This is clearly cheating.
