Damage to Hairs

I visited Beauty Salon of Lakme at Model Town, Jalandhar to get rebonding of my hairs on 21st September, 09.They went ahead with it & took 7 hrs to complete the process. Whem i saw my hairs after rebonding i found that all shine from my hairs have gone & my hairs were looking rough giving impression of burned hairs. When i told this to the manager she told me that it will give perfect look after 2-3 days. When i saw no improvement i called them up but manger of the salon started making excuses & now they are avoiding my phone calls also. It doubt they might have used expired products or they dont have any expert operator to do the rebonding. Plz help me to get my money refunded.
