Dear Sir,

I Dr Rajesh Thosani have BSNL land line with no of 079-25397025 and its dead since 31-03.

I complained for that and repeated to talk with higher authorities but I get false assurance and committment. i am unhappy with typical attitude of on paper working and paralysed system. So please do needful to maintain the reputation and efficiency of dept at national level in the era of competition.
