NON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT FROM ATM

I am an account holder with Punjab National Bank, Jangpura Bhogal New Delhi-110014 for the last 20 years. my Account No.0147002100029646 (CA)

I tried to withdraw a sum of Rupees 8000/- from a PNB ATM in Jangpura Bhogal New Delhi-110014 on

26-03. The PNB ATM advised to me that it was proccesing the transaction and than I should wait

for the money and receipt. But suddenly network of the PNB ATM machine failed and I got no money from the PNB ATM. But it was debited from my A/C no.0147002100029646.

I have complained this whole storey to my Branch Chief Manager PNB Jangpura Bhogal New Delhi-110014. They immediately send an E.Mail to the concern department.

I have also lodged a complaint to PNB call centre on toll free no;1800-180-2222. They have register the complaint but nothing happened till date.

I am under a lot of stress due to aformentioned occurance and as a potential Punjab National Bank customer, request if you could kindly advise me about the necessary step that need to be taken to recover my hard earned money that the PNB ATM failed to dispense.
