I had a booking for 2 persons on Air Deccan for the 23rd of Sept. 2008 from Kolkatta to Lilabari (booking done through Yatra.com, Yatra Ref. No LTD4JA and airline PNR No. 8393861). Firstly, cancellation of the flight was not informed. When I called up your airline on the 20th, they said that the flight was cancelled. I asked them to reschedule the same for which they said that the flight wouldn't ply in that sector hence forth.
Kingfisher online assistant M/s Anupama confirmed that the entire sum will be refunded to my account within 14 days.
I have not yet received my refund. Secondly, another assistant from Kingfisher tells me last night that he doesn't have the status of my ticket. He was supposed to send me a mail or place a call by 21:00hrs last evening, which hasn't happened so far.
Kindly advice on what needs to be done next..
