Dear Sir/Madam
I hereby state that we are from L&T Finance Limited (Microfinance) - Madurai and in our department there are around 51 Retail Associates are working with an annual pay of Rs.75000/Staff and per month they are paid with Rs.6250/Staff. And in their Monthly pay our company had been deducting Rs.625/- from their monthly income of Rs.6250/- and they are paid only Rs.5625/-.
In order to Non- deduct the tax amount (Rs.625/- per month) our company is in required of Non - Deduction of Tax certificate issued by the Income tax officer.
We had approached the concerned TDS section at Madurai but the officer had told us that it cannot be issued. But the same certificate had been got from chennai IT office.
We may not know the reason for not issuing the certificate at madurai. Kindly give a solution for this.
