Pf amount withdrawel - reg

Dear sir,

I was properly relieved from the company on my resignation on 31st march. I had sent my filled up PF application forms (Form 19 &10c) to the HR Department of the company 2 years back. Till now i have not recived my PF amount.

MY pf Number is AP/29941/885.

KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO GET MY PF AMOUNT.
