Landline& Broadband bill of bsnl, calcutta
Over billing

This is second time first one with the broadband no. 2496 0240, where after paying the full amount my complinn was not attended. I had visited the concern officer at Mominpore, Alipore office. The concern officer verbally agreed with my point, still were not officially correcting my return.

The second one even after my surrender of my broadband " No bill was send to me"all on sudden a big amount has been charged, the next bill wrer againn send to me probably including Broadband charges, as call charges shown is very small amount against the phone No.24962941 of calcutta telephone.

This time I have not pay the amount,

Pls. Look into the matter and settleup my refund against 033 24960240 as well as Proper bill for the phone033 24962941, the Broadband of which was surrender on OCT.-08.
