No broad band for 2 months

I am staying at delhi cantt and have been using your services for 2 years now, however it has been observed that every time the internet stops working there is no response from the customer care. i have complained twice already. even though i was not being provided with the broad band still i have been charged for the past two months for it, so i havent paid my bill. and now the phone is also dead. kindly inform the customer care to get in touch with me my number is 9654417024, will be available after 1730 on weekdays and any time on weekends. my landline no is 25687853.
