Due date of bill payment for 033-2402-6359 telephone was 27.08.09. My a/c with SBI has been debited on 22.08.09 vide a chq 708921 dt 18.08.09 for Rs.479.00 (the bill amount). But from 27.08.09, the outgoing facility of my phone has been suspended and one voice record is going on for paying the bill. I have lodged a complaint vide docket no. A 5912 on 28.08.09 . I am surprised that the Telephone authority may be suffering from communication/ co-ordination problem with the Bankers, but Subscriber like me have to face the sfferings? My mother, she is 90 years old, stays with me. For different reasons we have to contact the Doctors, mainly at night. Now I am in fear, how long it will take to regularize my telephone facility.
